Please arrive on time. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their appointment shortened. • If I cannot complete your service due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited. No-call/no-shows • Future appointments may require full payment upfront or may be declined. • GlossGenius supports cards on file, deposits, and cancellation fees to help protect appointment time. No extra guests unless they are receiving a service. • For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not permitted unless they have an appointment. Repairs within 3 days due to workmanship are complimentary. • Breaks, damage, or lifting caused after leaving the appointment are subject to a repair fee. Please send all inspiration photos before your appointment. • While I will do my best to recreate your design, every set is uniquely handmade and may not be identical.
